Keely has just returned home from a month-long luxury safari adventure in Kenya and she just can’t stop talking about it. As a contributing writer for high end fashion and travel publications, she travels quite extensively and always has fascinating stories to tell. On a recent trip to Nairobi, she built in some extra time for a safari. Giving herself permission to relax and take some time to enjoy soaking up the intoxicating colors and textures changed the way she looks at things. The experience has inspired her to add more elegance and elevated ease to her own lifestyle, including her wardrobe. She is finding herself choosing a more sophisticated yet simple aesthetic and is rebuilding her wardrobe around interchangeable separates that she can wear with her one-of-a-kind kimono. She not only sees the world differently since her African adventure; she sees herself differently.

This long, flowing ankle-length kimono is the most dramatic and glamorous length in our collection. Our Miranda Kimono Robe features a Mid-Century print in muted colors, and is trimmed with repurposed modern art silk print in blues and greens, as well as back side panels in an ecru linen.
Wide sleeves fall between the elbow and wrist. Fully lined, it has with deep side slits and generous front pockets providing a sleek, flattering silhouette that moves with you and wraps you in elegant ease.
The separate sash/belt can be worn inside or outside the garment. Or, wear it loosely around the back and tuck the untied ends in the front pockets. Or, remove the belt entirely and wear the garment open so it can move freely.
