Cameron has always loved spending part of every winter in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. She loves everything about it. The vibrant warmth of the sun, the colors, the food, the people. The magical combination just lifts her spirits and opens her imagination to new possibilities. She imagines herself the heroine of a novel, and goes through her days as if living a fictional life. Somehow it adds a layer of magic and intrigue to her adventures. So much so, that she has started making notes, just in case she does decide to try her hand at writing one of these days.
This is the fifth season she has treated herself to this trip, and it has changed her whole outlook on life for the rest of the year. She has found her happy place.
Admiring her freshly lacquered toes against her tanned feet, she can’t believe how wonderful she feels. She pulls her richly colored fully lined kimono robe around herself and loosely ties the belt as she gets up from her rattan seat on the covered patio. Those birds of paradise blooms need a little trim, she thinks, as she grabs her gloves and clippers. She has a massive floor vase that needs to be put to use, and she has guests coming for dinner. Life is good.

This long, flowing ankle-length kimono is the most dramatic and glamorous length in our collection. Wide sleeves fall between the elbow and wrist.
